Days after drafting Keaton Wagler with the fifth-overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, the Clippers have received trade calls from multiple teams inquiring about Kawhi Leonard. However, the Clippers have been rebuffing offers they've received thus far, making it known that their plan is to continue having Leonard be a part of the franchise moving forward, league sources told ClutchPoints.

Most recently, the Toronto Raptors and Dallas Mavericks reached out to the Clippers inquiring about Leonard's availability. Even so, sources told ClutchPoints that the Clippers have simply listened to trade offers and have not been impressed with the value being presented to them.

The only way the Clippers would seriously entertain the idea of trading Leonard this summer is if he were to ask out, which ClutchPoints has yet to be informed of, or if Steve Ballmer and executive Lawrence Frank were blown away with an offer that involves multiple first-round picks and a young, emerging talent.

Toronto's offer, which is centered around former All-Star wing Brandon Ingram, is not the player of interest to the Clippers, sources said. Instead, Collin Murray-Boyles is the young, key asset that the Clippers would seek in a Leonard trade, yet to this point, the Raptors have left Murray-Boyles out of all discussions. The Clippers have not been eager to take Toronto's package revolving around Ingram and did not initiate conversations nor propose a counteroffer, sources said.

The Clippers also haven't received any indications from Kawhi or his camp this offseason that he is unhappy with the team.

Malik Beasley has been under a federal investigation for almost a year related to sports gambling, and he was recently indicted on charges by prosecutors, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

The nine-year veteran Beasley didn't play in the NBA this past season while under investigation, and is one of just five players in NBA history to make 300 3-pointers in a season.

Ten years ago, the Golden State Warriors made perhaps the most shocking transaction in basketball history, signing superstar scorer Kevin Durant in free agency less than a month after having their record-setting 73-9 season spoiled by LeBron James and the Cavaliers. Now, a decade later, LeBron is at the center of another potentially seismic Warriors move. But this time, he might be the one switching teams.

Over the last few days, the Warriors have quickly emerged as one of the hottest teams in the LeBron rumor mill. ClutchPoints reported over the weekend that Golden State believes it is the frontrunner to land James in free agency, and the front office appears to be doing everything it can to make that dream a reality.

The biggest clue came Monday morning when Draymond Green declined his $27.7 million player option. While Green is still expected to remain with the Warriors, taking a smaller long-term deal would be a huge sign that Golden State is looking to create room for another big-name player. In fact, ESPN reported this morning that the Warriors are actively pursuing both LeBron James in free agency and Anthony Davis via trade.

The rumors only picked up steam from there. Shortly after opting out, Green posted a Batman "bat signal" on social media, fueling even more speculation that something big is brewing in the Bay. If the Warriors can somehow pull it off, a core of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, LeBron, and AD would instantly become one of the league’s biggest draws and a serious title contender.
